The old fishing village has grown thanks to tourism but is still calmer than the tourist centers of the northern part of the island. The fishing boats leave the sea every morning for the dream of the biggest catch of their life. Blue marlin is the largest and most prestigious, but it is possible to fish many different species of fish in the waters of Mauritius all season.

Our home port, Black River, is located on the west coast of the island of Mauritius. According to the desired fish species, wind and other conditions, the fishing trips take place in the sea area between Flic-en-Flac and Le Morne. Snorkeling and dolphin trips take place mainly off the Black River.
